It is important that the professional representatives named in your files in Online Services are correct.
The EPO therefore requests that you check your list of professional representatives and make any
corrections necessary.
The EPO can help you correct your data. If you want us to do this, provide us with a list of the professional
representatives acting for your files. We will cross-check this list and advise you of any discrepancies
with our own records.You are then required to check the information without delay and request that all files
for which the named representative is incorrect be transferred to a single representative (or association).
You can reallocate these to individual representatives as you wish in due course.
Alternatively, you can request that they be reallocated to multiple representatives, by providing us with
separate lists of files to be transferred to Attorney A, B, C and so on.
Please send your request by fax (No. +49 89 2399-4465) (CDR), marked "Representatives correction action".
If a named representative has activated his or her mailbox, then the EPO will send all selected
electronic communications to that individual's company mailbox, not to the physical mailing address.
In other words, the EPO will assume that the representative named is correct.
