You can use the new online filing (CMS) application to file a demand for international preliminary examination.

To file such a demand in accordance with PCT Rule 53, you should download and complete the PCT demand form at
www.wipo.int/export/sites/www/pct/en/forms/demand/ed_demand.pdf and upload it in Form 1038 for the PCT procedure.
