With the new online filing (CMS) application you can file European and international patent applications and subsequently filed documents.

In this e-learning module we will begin with a typical European application.

Before you start filling in the form, you will need to have completed your technical documents (description, claims, abstract and,
where applicable, drawings) and converted them to PDF format for use in this exercise.

We will start by selecting the form for a European patent application.
