Changing representation takes only a few steps, as shown in the video below.
If you are changing representation for a file to an association which you are a member of or to a representative associated with the same
company mailbox as yourself, you can also edit the file reference.
In all other cases, the current file reference will be removed from the
application; the new representative will, of course, be able to update it with his own file reference.
