To go to the advanced search option, simply click on the Advanced Search icon.
Then select the search criteria on which you want to search, enter your search term(s) and click on the "Search" button.
Example:
You will be taken straight to the corresponding patent application.
If the terms you entered yield more than one result, you will be taken to a list of search results.
Clicking any one of the entries in a particular row,
eg the application number, will take you straight to the corresponding case.
