3.2.1 What is the EPO Online Multipay Tool?

The EPO Online Multipay Tool has been designed for users who frequently make batch payments with multiple applications to the EPO.
It allows you to compile payments for several applications and save them in XML (Extensible Markup Language) format,
via a convenient and easy-to-handle user interface.
Once downloaded from www.epo.org/fee-payment and installed, the EPO Online Multipay Tool is used offline.
The EPO Online Multipay Tool allows you to
- prepare XML files for batch payments in Online fee payment
- share the files you prepare with colleagues
- convert existing Excel files (in Comma Separated Value (CSV) format) into XML
- export files in CSV format to your network for later reuse
