1. Where can I find the national plug-ins?

National plug-ins can be downloaded either from www.epoline.org -> "National Offices" or from the website of the national office concerned. See the installation guide for information on how to install them in version 4 ("Other procedures").

2. I am trying to file an application with a particular national patent office using the Online Filing software but I keep getting an error message. What should I do?
