1. What are the different filter folders for in My Files?

There are three folders in total:

2. What are "favourite folders"?

In My Files you can organise your files in whichever way is most convenient for you. You can copy files from Online File Inspection to favourite folders. Favourite folders are completely customisable: you can add, rename and delete them. They can contain a mixture of published, unpublished and third party files.

3. How can I view the files I've stored in My Files?

In My Files itself you cannot view any files direct. My Files acts as an interface. To view a file you have to click on the link to Online File Inspection (File Inspection), where you can view the published file in a PDF viewer.

4. Can I store third-party files in My Files?

You can only store third-party files that have already been published. All you have to do is copy the file you want from Online File Inspection and move it to one of your favourite folders.

5. How can I customise the view in My Files?

You can customise the view in My Files by clicking on the Preferences button in the top right-hand corner of the file screen. This will allow you to sort your files by given, pre-defined definitions and headings.

6. Can I remove files from any of the filter folders?

No, you cannot remove files from your filter folders. Files can only be removed from your customised folders, which are freely definable.
