My Files is a storage area for files. It contains ready-made filters and provides access to published files via the integrated Online Secure File Inspection service. (Note: Due to an ongoing review of the Online Secure File Inspection service, the links to unpublished files are currently not operational). You can also create folders to organise files according to your own requirements. Folders may contain files that you own, or other third-party public files. Where other My.epoline services offer the option to store files in a My Files folder, you will see the Copy to folder feature. Currently, this feature is only available in Online Secure File Inspection.
Professional representatives with a smart card can access an automatically loaded list of their own published files.
All smart card holders can use My Files as a bookmarking tool in which folders can be created and links to "favourite" published files stored. They can also access published files via the integrated Online Secure File Inspection service.
