Opponent

The opponent is the person or organisation disputing the grant of a European patent.

The opponent format is made up of the family name followed by the given name(s) of the opponent.

You can search for a single word, or more than one word. You can also search for a phrase using double quotes. This will retrieve only those documents in which the exact phrase is present.
