Document viewer

You can display a document online using the viewer. You can view one document at a time.

In an All Documents view, click the Document Title of the item you wish to see.

The document will then be displayed in a PDF viewer. Documents are in PDF format (text search not available). You therefore need to have Acrobat^® Reader installed on your PC. The details of the document are displayed in the top bar of the viewer.

In the PDF viewer, a set of buttons allows you to browse the document. These options are only available if the document contains more than one page.

First page	Takes you to the beginning of the document.
Previous page	Takes you back one page.
Load all pages	Allows you to view or print all the pages. Initially only the first page of the selected document is displayed.
Next page	Takes you forward one page.
Last page	Takes you to the end of the document.

Note Only the first page of the selected document is loaded. If you wish to save or print a document with more than one page, you must first click Load all pages. Once the Load all pages option is selected, use the Acrobat Reader navigation bar at the bottom of the page to move through the document.
