General
Report Viewer is the main widget for accessing information about errors and warnings in the project.
Reported fields
The following fields exist for each message:
- project name
- severity (ERROR or WARNING)
- element where the issue has been found (e.g. sequence, feature)
- message
Double-click the row in the table to open the editor deemed by the program to be the most appropriate to correct that error.
Some errors are influenced by other features in the project. This makes it important to see the context data in the sequence. Please use the Sequence Browser to check for such context.
Filters
The errors in the Report Viewer can be filtered by project name and/or severity.
Exporting a report
Report Viewer supports the exporting of error messages to a file. To generate such a file, click the Export errors icon in the upper-right corner of the viewer toolbar.
