Objective:
To create a new sequence listing for submission to the patent office

Procedure:
- Create new project
- Fill in the necessary data
- Verify project and correct any problems
- Generate sequence listing in one of the possible standards (ST.25 or XML)
Editing existing files
Situation:
An ST.25 or XML sequence listing file already exists.
Objective:
To prepare file for submission to the patent office, correct potential errors and add any new information

Procedure:
- Create project by loading sequence listing
- Verify the project, edit/add data
- Generate sequence listing in one of the possible standards (ST.25 or XML)
Verifying existing files
Situation:
An ST.25 or XML file already exists.
Objective:
To verify the file, and to put the verification result into a report for further analysis/action

Procedure:
- Use batch verification to verify one or more files
