BiSSAP can help when you need to modify an existing sequence listing. You can create a new project by loading an existing sequence listing, either in ST.25 or XML format.
To load a sequence, do one of the following:
- select Load Sequence Listing from the File menu
- press Control+L (Command-S on Mac OS X)

The Loading Sequence Listing window appears. Enter a project name, a file type and a file name. The order in which you enter the data is significant: you must select the file type before you can select the file name.

The project name is used only internally in BiSSAP. It will appear in the Project Browser, but not in any generated files. There is a default name in that field, but it is advisable to change it so that you can easily distinguish between your projects.
Next, choose the file type.

When choosing the files, you first need to set the extension for the file to be loaded.

After choosing the file and clicking Load sequence listing, the file is imported without further messages and added to the Project Browser view. Project verification then starts automatically. Any errors are shown in the Report Viewer.
